A picture is worth 1,000 words. On social media it's probably worth 2,000. I know you've heard this phrase over and over, so much so that you're probably rolling your eyes. Nonetheless, it doesn't make it any less true. Posting pictures with your content on social media gets you noticed. Pictures always draw the eyes. They just do. With the long list of social media platforms it's hard to know and keep straight the different image requirements for each. So, we decided to provide the most up to date guide to help you out. • Cover image: 820 x 312 (minimum 400 x 150)

• Profile image: ≥180 x 180
