Salty Red Dog Marketing has offices in Red Bank, NJ and Westport, CT. We're happy to have clients from coast-to-coast.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:00am - 6:00pm; Fridays from 10:00am - 4pm.

We've been lucky enough to work with businesses across the board - anywhere from start-ups to 3rd-generation companies. While we've worked with a variety of industries and clients, we make sure to treat every client individually and customize a personalized plan for each one.
Do you have to be local to work with you?
Not at all! Thanks to the internet, we've had clients from all corners of the United States - from Seattle to Sacremento; from Boston to Key West.
Website + Branding Questions
What do I need to prepare to work with you?
Once we've talked about what your needs and goals are, we will need the following from you to start your website or design project:
Do you provide copywriting services for my website?
Generally our clients are responsible for all copywritting for their website. If you need copywriting services, we are happy to add that to your package for an additional fee.
What platforms do you build your websites on?
At Salty Red Dog Marketing, we specialize in WIX web design. We love working with WIX because the platform allows us to create beautiful websites that are very user friendly for all. Our clients can use WIX with ease, which will allow them to change a post, edit a picture or add products without having to email your web designer for every small edit. Of course, we're always here for you with any questions or concerns - and even small edits.
Do you work with any other web design platforms other than Squarespace?
We love using WIX so much, we're an official partner with them. While we do occasionally come accross websites that are on other platforms, we like stick to what we're good at.

How long do your projects take to complete?
Our website and branding projects range from 2-8 weeks to complete. We will always provide a realistic timeframe in your proposal based on your specific project and needs.
Will you setup my domain name and my WIX account?
Prior to starting a web design project with us, you will need to create a WIX account and provide us access to it. We can help walk you through the steps to create one. We can also help get a domain through WIX if needed. (WIX fees are not included in project fees.)
What payment option do you offer?
Our account is managed through Wave, where you can easily make a payment through ACH or Credit Card. We also accept payments through PayPal and Venmo.
What design software do you use for branding projects?
Designs projects for our clients are designed through Canva. We also work with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop) as needed.
Do you customize your web design and branding packages for each client?
Yes! We've created basic packages based on our individual cients need. Everything is 100% customizable with what your business needs and reflect that on your custom proposal and quote.
Do you offer any website trainer after launch?
Yes! We offer a one-on-one tutorial to walk you through the ins-and-outs of how to manover your new website.
Do you offer any refunds or what is your cancellation policy?
Project deposits and retainers are non-refundable, including all fees after project completion. Monthly contracts must be given 30-days written notice prior to contract termination. Salty Red Dog Marketing can also terminate a contract between a client without any prior notice.
Social Media Questions
I don't need the exact social media package that you offer. Can you customize a package to fit my needs?
Absolutely! We know everyone's goals and needs are different. We're happy to discuss those needs and create a custom package just for you.
What do I need to do to prepare to work with you?
Once we've talked about your needs and goals, we will need the following information from you for your social media campaign:
Do you plan and write the content?
Yes! We send you weekly content calendars which not only includes the copy for your posts, but the images to be used along with those posts as well.
Are custom graphics and sourced photos included in your social media management package?
Yes! We will create or source imagery to accompany your social media content. If you are product based, send us product photos that we can use on your social media.
How closely do you work with your social media clients?
We work closely with each of our client, especially when it comes to your social media and messaging. You will hear from us weekly with your content calendar and monthly analytic reports. However, we always encourage our clients to reach out to us with any questions or relevant news that we can share through your social media. We want to make sure your social media campaign is running as smoothly as possible.
How often will I recieve a social media analytic report?
We provide social media analytics reports monthly. We're also happy to go over the results of the report via phone call or email. We use these analytics to help make sure your social media campaign is working the best for you.
Do you offer refunds or what is your cancellation policy?
Our social media contracts include a 30-day written termination notice if you would like to end your services prior to the end of your agreement. In the event of termination, the client is still responsible for all fees incurred previously which are non-refundable.
